Why do I get an Unauthorized 401 error when I test my (new) Proflex User Account, even though the User name and Pasword are correct?
Check if you have specified a password reset policy for the Proflex User Account. If so please remove the reset policy for the Proflex User Account.
Can I see bookings for tomorrow on the screen?
No you can only see bookings for today.
Where can I find my Activation Code?
If you have already setup a screen, you can find your Activation Code at the bottom of the screen when you login via “Settings v” at the top right of the screen.
How are the Exchange User credentials stored by Proflex?
The credentials are stored in the Proflex Synchronization Module in the Cloud using AES 256 bit encryption.
